"Hope is not the conviction that something will turn out well, but the certainty that something makes sense, regardless of how it turns out."

My 30 year professional career has spanned a range of human problems from couple's conflict to trauma recovery. I have come to understand that whether a person is grappling with depression or chronic illness there is an opportunity for greater understanding of themselves, and by extension, of what it means to be a whole & complete human being in the world.

I have found that people achieve success when all aspects of themselves; physical, emotional, creative, intellectual, and spiritual; are put to work on a difficulty or dilemma. To this end, I pay special attention to dreams, artwork, and symbol, not simply to alleviate unwanted symptoms, but to unveil the soul's deeper meaning.
